What we collect
We collect account details, the profile and communication settings you provide, and feedback you give on suggestions. When you ask Exily for help, we process the screenshot, draft, or conversation context you explicitly submit.
How we use it
We use this information to generate replies, save your preferences, improve your voice profile when you mark a reply as sounding like you, keep the service secure, and diagnose reliability issues.
Where it goes
Submitted conversation content is sent to our AI provider to create the suggestion you requested. We use infrastructure providers to host the service and securely store your account and settings. We do not sell your information or use it for advertising.
Your choices
You choose when to share a screenshot or draft, and you can update your profile in the app. You are always responsible for reviewing a suggestion before sending it. To request access to or deletion of your account data, contact us below.
